Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

Eligibility

Access to and use of the ink722 platform is conditional upon meeting the following eligibility criteria without exception:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. ink722 does not permit access to persons under the age of 21 under any circumstances. We actively verify ages during the KYC process and may request proof of age at any time.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia. The platform is designed and operated for the Indonesian market. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law do so entirely at their own risk and responsibility.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be acting on behalf of a third party when registering or wagering.
• Mental Capacity: You must not be under the influence of alcohol, controlled substances, or any condition that impairs your judgment when placing wagers.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order — whether imposed by ink722 or by your own request through any responsible gambling program.

Account Registration

To access ink722's real-money services, you must complete the registration process accurately and in full. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Rule: Each player is permitted to hold one account on the ink722 platform. Creating duplicate, secondary, or shared accounts — whether under your own name or any alias — is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances pending investigation.
• Accurate Information: All registration information provided — including your full name, date of birth, Indonesian National ID number (KTP), email address, and bank account details — must be accurate, current, and complete. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. ink722 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
• KYC Verification: ink722 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage. Full withdrawal access requires a completed KYC process, including submission of a valid KTP (Indonesian National ID), proof of address, and a selfie verification. KYC submissions are reviewed within 1–24 hours during WIB business hours.
• Account Updates: You are responsible for keeping your account information current. Notify ink722 customer support immediately if your registered bank account, email address, or contact number changes.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ink722 platform are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: Rp 10.000.
• Accepted deposit channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• Deposits must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned without credit to your account.
• ink722 does not accept cryptocurrency, credit card, or foreign currency transfers.
• ink722 is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rp 50.000.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, to prevent money laundering.
• Verified accounts (completed KYC) benefit from standard withdrawal processing within 10 minutes, 24 hours a day.
• Unverified accounts may experience extended processing delays or withdrawal holds pending KYC completion.
• ink722 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due-diligence checks on withdrawal requests exceeding Rp 50.000.000 per transaction.
• Winnings generated solely from bonus funds and not yet meeting the applicable wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal.

Bonuses & Promotions

ink722 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and VIP rewards. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's page states otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (stated per promotion) before any winnings derived from those funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, and time limit are published on each promotion's detail page.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus may be held at any given time unless ink722 explicitly states otherwise in a specific promotion's terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Game contribution percentages (e.g., slots typically contribute 100%; live table games may contribute 10%–20%) are published per promotion.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds that have not been wagered in accordance with the stated requirements will expire and be removed from your account after the stated validity period.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Unless otherwise stated, the maximum withdrawable amount derived from any single bonus offer is capped at 10× (ten times) the bonus value.
• Abuse Prevention: ink722 reserves the right to withhold bonus credits or cancel withdrawals if it determines that a player has exploited bonus offers in bad faith, including through the use of low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine wagering intent.
• VIP Program: VIP tier cashback and benefits are governed by the VIP program terms published on the platform and are subject to revision at ink722's discretion with notice.

Betting Rules

The fo llowing rules govern betting on the ink722 platform and apply to all sports betting, live casino, togel, and slot games:

• Bets Placed: A bet is deemed legally placed and binding once the wager is submitted and the platform returns a successful confirmation message. It is your responsibility to confirm that the details of your bet (selection, stake, odds) are correct before confirmation. ink722 does not accept responsibility for bets placed with incorrect details.
• Abandoned Events: If a sporting event is abandoned, canceled, or not completed within the timeframe published by the governing body, the outcome will be treated according to general sports betting rules. Unless a market has already been irrevocably settled, stakes on bets not explicitly settled will be returned.
• Odds Changes: Odds displayed at the time your bet is successfully placed will remain applicable. Odds that change between the placement of a bet and its confirmation are void.
• Matched Bets: You may not use the ink722 platform to place bets that are clearly designed to guarantee a profit by exploiting discrepancies between the platform and other bookmakers (commonly known as "arbitrage betting"). ink722 may void such bets and any associated winnings.
• Maximum Payouts: The maximum payout per bet or per account is set by ink722. These limits may vary by sport and market type. ink722 reserves the right to void and refund any bet that would exceed the maximum payout limit.
• Togel: togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) bets are governed by the published draw times and payout table for each market. Results are based exclusively on the official draw outcome for the market in question.

Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

ink722 is committed to maintaining the integrity of its games. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering, holding, or attempting to register more than one account per person or per household/IP address.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-approved programmatic means to interact with the platform or place bets.
• Exploiting any error, bug, malfunction, or technical fault in the platform's software, odds engine, or game titles to gain an improper advantage. Any winnings generated through such exploitation will be void and refunded to the bonus wagering pool at ink722's discretion.
• Engaging in collusion, ring play, or any form of coordinated activity with third parties to manipulate game outcomes.
• Attempting to deposit funds through illegitimate means, from a third-party account, or using a payment instrument that is not your own.
• Attempting to withdraw funds using a bank account or e-wallet name that does not match your registered account name.
• Undertaking any activity that interferes with the normal operation of the platform, including any attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to ink722 systems.

Intellectual Property

All content made available on the ink722 platform — including but not limited to the brand name and logo, software, game titles, graphics, text, odds data, and design elements — is owned by or licensed to ink722 and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. All rights are reserved.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, publish, or create derivative works from any platform content without ink722's prior written consent. This restriction extends to the use of the ink722 name or branding in any form of marketing, advertising, or publicity.

Privacy & Data

The collection, storage, and use of your personal and financial data is governed by our separate Privacy Policy. By using the ink722 platform, you also consent to the processing of your data as described in that Privacy Policy.

At a minimum, ink722 will treat all personal data — including identity documents, banking details, betting records, and communication history — as confidential and protected through 256-bit encryption and internal access controls. Your data will never be sold to third parties.

Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ink722's total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your use of the platform, or any bet or transaction shall not exceed the total amount of funds actually deposited by you into your account during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ink722 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.

ink722 shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, power outages, third-party service interruptions, force majeure events, actions of government authorities, or acts of nature.

Termination & Suspension

ink722 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice and with or without cause, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• You breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• ink722 reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity in connection with your account.
• Your account has been inactive for a continuous period in accordance with the platform's dormant-account policy.
• You request account closure, or you are subject to a valid self-exclusion request.

Upon account closure, any outstanding real-money balance that is free of bonus restrictions and not subject to an ongoing investigation will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Where an account is closed as a result of a material breach of these Terms, ink722 may, at its discretion, forfeit the balance and any associated winnings.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the platform, or any transactions made through it shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties.

Should the dispute remain unresolved after thirty (30) days of good-faith negotiation, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration conducted in Jakarta, Indonesia, in the Indonesian language, by an arbitrator appointed in accordance with applicable arbitration rules in force at the time of the referral.

Any provision of these Terms that is found to be invalid or unenforceable will be deemed severed, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. No failure or delay by ink722 in exercising any right under these Terms constitutes a waiver of that right.

Amendments

ink722 may amend, update, or otherwise revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or industry practice. Any such amendments will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.

Where an amendment materially affects your rights or obligations, ink722 will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance by email or by an on-platform notification. Continued use of the ink722 platform after an amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure.
